30 Years of Looking Back to the Future

Dear PGM Capital Blog readers,

Today, May 9th, 2019, it is exactly 30 years ago that we have incorporated PGM Academy, as the first company of the PGM Group of companies.

On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of our company, we look back with great gratitude for the support and trust we have enjoyed these past 30 years from our clients and principals, who became friends in the process of sharing their needs and mutual dreams with us.

We feel blessed with your trust and positive criticism which helped sharpen our insight and deepened our understanding of the multi-faceted aspects that determine our mutual​ success​.

It started in a humble small study-room, in which we dared to execute the ‘walk-the-talk’ vision of learning and deliberate practice in delivering superior services to our clients and keeping our word.

We dedicate the following poem to all of you as our way of saying:

On this day, May 9th 1989, exactly 30 years ago,
we sowed the seeds for the present
and in the present those for the future.

Our tools are knowledge, ethics and perseverance
with an ahead-of-the-curve understanding
of the dynamics of human development.

We learn with the purpose of discovering that,
as we sweat and toil and get bogged down
in order to achieve our goals and objectives, we must persist
until we see the light shimmering in the distance.

Thus we stand here today – grayer, smarter and humbler –
Looking back gratefully for the many challenges we have over come
in the past 30 years and the life lessons
we have learned, in order for us being able to serve you,
even better tomorrow.

On behalf of the staff and personnel of PGM Group, we want to express our heart-felt thanks to all of you and we look forward to continuing this special relationship with you to our mutual advantage.

Last but not least, we want to thank the almighty God for illuminating our way and providing us with the wisdom and guidance for these past 30 years.
